Job Opening for Senior Art Director in Palm NFT Studio, Inc. (California, PA)

You will work with the creative director to lead the visual development of eco-friendly NFT collections featuring prop, character, and landscape design for several world renowned franchises. We are a tight knit creative team with over 20 years of combined experience in media production and we are seeking a seasoned, solution-oriented artist with a broad range of style and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with content and technical leadership to develop and uphold unique aesthetics for global franchises as well as define and accomplish project and team milestones.
Build out and mentor a diverse team of both 2D artists and 3D designers.
Help train your team to meet their style goals and improve their project management and performance.
Develop partnerships with external outsourcing partners to hit stylistic, timely, quality, and technical targets.
Develop best practices for art team’s production in collaboration with technical and product teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience of agency or in-house design experience
Demonstrated understanding of establishing an artistic vision across an entire project
Expert knowledge of illustration, concept, design, storytelling, animation, and appeal
Expert knowledge of industry standard and cutting edge technology in game production and animation pipelines
Deep understanding of digital channels and best practices
Strong leadership skills and eagerness to collaborate with other creative leaders
Experience directing and supporting artists across different disciplines
Passion for self-education of innovations in creative pipelines and aesthetics
Enthusiasm for NFTs and crypto is a plus
