About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant i n the Business Services & Strategic Opportunities team. This role will work closely with the Consumer Lending Shared Services leadership team to provide execution support and thought leadership to deliver on strategic planning, operating reviews, financial/efficiency planning and other chief of staff tasks. In this role, you will: Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and more experienced management Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions Establish and implement business management measures and related planning activities Lead the production and management of business reviews Identify and lead strategic and organizational initiatives as needed Assist leaders with chief of staff duties as needed (e.g. organize meetings, coordinate deliverables) Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational Track team’s progress against performance measures Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans Drive accurate financial forecast and track efficiency saves in partnership with the Finance team Drive compliance to CLSS location strategy Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise Develop executive presentations and narrative for all stakeholders Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives Required Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Leadership experience Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and regulatory environment Excellent influencing skills to drive executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical problem resolution Execution oriented, with ability to recognize opportunities for improvement in the business and to act on those opportunities Demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically, translate to tactical plans, and manage implementation Strong aptitude in fostering and expanding partnerships and ability to deliver effective results in a heavily-matrixed work environment Ability to develop operational reporting through fact-based analysis and insights Demonstrated experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Demonstrated experience in effective coordination of internal and external review and inspection activities Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time We Value Diversity At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.
