|Job Description :||Friendly’s is looking for a qualified Sr. Manager, of Learning and Development. The key employee will plan, direct, coordinate and oversee Learning and Development activities in the organization ensuring development and implementation of efficient training programs and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.Essential FunctionsDesigns curriculum for learning and development programs based on business needs and goalsGuides implementation of learning that reflects business best practices in ways that are creative, relevant and straightforward.Recommend new training methodsEvaluate the results of training courses and workshops.Deliver onsite and field training for ongoing development, managers in training, new restaurant openings, etc.Develops useful learning assessments/metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs aligned with desired business outcomes.Manage rollout and training process for all campaigns and LTO programs.Collaborates with Franchisee intraining and operations to analyze, align, and deliver content which speaks to the needs of both the brand, and the teams that are running it.Develops Metrics to enable robust evaluation strategies to measure learner outcomes, productivity and business impact of learning solutions. Leverage data insights to drive, modify and create future learning offerings.Direct the execution of all training and certification programs for Managers and hourly Team Members to ensure compliance of Company standards, execution of training schedules, verification of necessary paperwork, and certification of training restaurants.Direct the writing, updating, organizing and delivering new training materials in accordance with the company Mission, Values, and Culture through multiple and varying methods.Collects feedback on programs and initiates improvements to training programs and processes along with Development programs.Collaborates with Executive Team and Directors of Operations to analyze operational and developmental opportunities and directs Training and Operations leaders to deliver strategic, specific solutions that support the home office, field leadership teams and hourly Team Members.Provides training through seminars/meetings and leads meetings using concept-approved programs to ensure consistency across the brand, including technology.Partners with the Executive Team and Human Resources in strategically aligning training with The Company’s business initiatives and Core Values at all levels of the organization.Teaches and develops field trainers in conducting Training restaurant audits and other audits as needed.Delivers all MIT functions including scheduling, hotel stay, development and implementation of the program, Training General Manger partner.Oversees and ensures delivery to schedule training for all home office, stores, Directors and Managers as necessary.Creates and adheres to the training budget for department or organization and monitors costs.Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and to accomplish work through precise scheduling.Leads strategies in partnership with HR Leadership and other leaders to assess needs and identity opportunities to build and implements appropriate learning and organizational development solutions that develop and engage employees.Be relevant point of contact to give support and focus to key leaning and development programs ensuring best practices is shared and om[elements.Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in training and learning and development.
