BMS is looking for a remarkable Senior Manager of Performance Management with strong and advanced data analysis, data structuring, and project management skills. This position reports directly to the Governance and Performance (GPM) Director and supports enterprise performance management efforts across the GxP Quality network to accomplish the following duties and responsibilities: Role Responsibilities: Support data collection, analysis, review, and reporting of accurate and on time monthly metrics that support the governance tier councils. Seek opportunities for simplification and efficiency across the GxP Quality Performance Management landscape. Apply a strong knowledge of Quality to the data and supporting information (i.e., deep dives) to ensure there is an accurate and complete story. Develop tools that provide efficiency in interpreting data sets to ensure identification of emerging challenges at the GxP and enterprise level. Analyze data sets to identify potential challenges that require collaborative problem solving, action planning and/or appropriate level escalations. Transform analysis of data into appropriate level insights that can be easily interpreted and maximized by Quality Councils/Global Process Owners for short term and long term business opportunities. Utilize analysis skills to capture and communicate trends by GxP, business unit, process flow, or system to deliver targeted insights on improvements and opportunities. Support GPM Integrators with the implementation of the QMS Sub-Governance structure pilot across the commercial and R&D councils. Provide tactical support to ensuring standardization and effectiveness of the QMS Sub-Governance teams through the GPM Integrator and in collaboration with leads from targeted functions. Support appropriate automation project launches with BIA (Business Insights and Analytics) by actively participating and functioning as a key member in the design, build, and launch of platforms that facilitate metrics collection, trending, analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting to support continuous improvement initiatives across GxP’s. Be a key contributor in the annual assessment of quality metrics for effectiveness and opportunities to improve the ability to detect and eliminate waste and improve results and informed decision making across the network. Train on and gain appropriate access to business systems to enable data analysis and to support greater designs of automation. Develop as an SME (for Global Quality) on all project Infinity process flows and outputs to support the transition of data from in system to the active data lake for analysis, visuals, and automation efforts. Provide support with the administration of the Global Quality Council network through close collaboration with the Quality Council Global Process Lead (GPL). Assist with facilitating and contributing to the Quality Council Local Process Owner (LPO) Community of Practice meetings. Support the Quality Council Leads in the posting and organization of Quality Council documents, including Charters and meeting minutes, on the C&M SharePoint site and in DocMan. Support the GPL with governance-related integration efforts and the establishment of new Quality Councils. Role Requirements: B.S. or B.A Required with a minimum of 5 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, or Regulatory position or a combination thereof and/or working with a regulatory health authority. High level understanding of metrics, analysis, and Business Analytics Ability to provide innovative, compliant ideas or alternatives that create value including seeking new information and external insights. Working knowledge of quality systems principles and applications Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Trackwise, Infinity, and documentation management systems. Expertise in Business Intelligence platforms, Excel, Microsoft BI, Tableau, Spotfire or others.
