As a leader and builder of a talented team of Enablement professionals, you will drive alignment and strategy across our Global Onboarding programs for Sales and Success field and leadership team members. As the Sr. Manager Sales and Success Onboarding , you’ll partner with Sales & CS leadership, Product Leadership, Sales and Success Operations, Marketing, People Teams, and the Global Enablement team to define strategy, drive execution, and communicate business impact. As part of the broader Salesforce family, Slack has a unique opportunity to re-imagine our Global Onboarding programs, curriculum, and delivery mechanism. You will lead this effort, guided by an abiding belief in the criticality of relevant, inspiring, inclusive, and actionable new hire experiences for all. Along with your talented team, you will develop a holistic approach for an agile, adaptable, measurable, and robust onboarding experience for all Sales and Success roles. Most importantly, you’ll inspire our teams to achieve incredible results. As a thought leader, you’ll look at the big-picture strategy and the implications of onboarding as you build and implement strategy. In addition, you will: Manage a global team (direct reports and matrixed) of learning designers, facilitators, and operations support. Build and scale Onboarding content for all new hires (Sales, Success, Solutions) for Onboarding (0-3 months). Inside each area, you will document what specific actions we expect them to take, provide them with a guideline on the mechanisms should they use, and how should they use them Develop a robust process for content intake, refresh, and delivery. Lead onboarding end to end: admin, strategy, content design, content build, testing, launch, delivery, and measurement. Onboarding operations: document the end-to-end onboarding processes and identify opportunities to streamline and simplify enrollment, communication and measurement Develop and manage an “everboarding” strategy, including rationalization and refresh of role-based learning tracks for key Sales and Success roles. Ensure programs are properly scoped and resourced, and working team members are engaged, informed, and accountable to key responsibilities. Manage timing of content delivery as competing priorities arise. Identify opportunities for improvement and see around corners as we continue to invest in and evolve our Sales and CS GTM strategy. What you should have Experience building scalable end to end onboarding programs for field teams of 1,000 or more located around the world Proven experience hiring, coaching, and evolving a matrixed team. Strong project management skills to manage and sequence multiple ongoing workstreams. Embrace ambiguity and enjoy finding order and simplifying process Experience within a high-growth, Technology Company would be beneficial. Exhibits sound business judgment and has a proven ability to influence others. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment Highest degree of integrity and collaboration. You’re organized and realistic when managing your time. You work best under a little bit of (drama-free) pressure. For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $128,000. This base pay is for illustrative purposes only.
