In order to do this, we are hiring a Sr. Paid Acquisition Manager who will have ownership of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimizations for bids, ad creative, and landing pages. This person will set and execute the strategy and tactics for our global paid acquisition efforts. What you will do. Complete ownership of channels like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads Make investment recommendations for existing and new channels based on company strategic goals Continuous A/B testing of copy and graphics Keyword research and expansion Audience optimizations and lead quality tracking Bid optimizations and budget management Performance reporting and analysis We would love it if you have: Experience managing multilingual, international ads campaigns Familiarity with the tech industry and recruiter/engineering personas Expertise in cost-per-click strategy and tactics, and the ad tech ecosystem Passion for short-form writing that engages and converts prospects A curious and data-driven mind able to juggle multiple channels, cross-pollinate learnings, and drive measurable improvements over time What we offer: A progressive remote first culture with a strong compensation plan.
