The Boeing Company’s Executive Talent Management (ETM) function is currently seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join their team! This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of Executive Talent Management to drive business value for the Enterprise. Position Responsibilities: Develops monthly metrics for ExCo succession that identifies trends, health factors and drive action Determines individual and organizational needs, offers resource options and coordinates implementation to meet development and business objectives and enhance leadership capability Delivers visual content for Senior Leadership Teams on Talent topics Partners with the human resource function to deploy leadership development tools and processes at the business unit level This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in Human Resources 3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills 5+ years of experience building positive relationships with Sr. Leader business partners, human resources and internal recruiting/staffing teams and candidates Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills- demonstrating a high-impact communication style Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite Typical Education & Experience: Relocation: Drug Free Workplace: Shift Work: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
