Job Description : The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering and coordinating the delivery of CampusNexus Student Application Administration services to customers. This person must be customer service focused, work well in teams, identify and resolve service delivery issues, provide daily/weekly updates on current tasks, and escalate risks and issues as needed. CMC offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:Serves as the primary customer contact relative to service delivery needs and managementUnderstands customer objectives then sets and manages expectations relative to service delivery resources and actions required to meet objectivesFacilitates and coordinates communication between various customer stakeholdersFacilitates and coordinates communication between customer stakeholders and various Anthology departments as neededServes as the application administrator for the CampusNexus Student Information System and CampusNexus Student PortalRecommends, maintains, and updates CampusNexus System, Campus, and List item configurationsAssists business owners in translating concepts to written requirementEnsures reporting is consistent and accurate, troubleshoots issues as they ariseGathers and analyzes data to support various business processesProvides problem resolution for end users, including research on various data and reporting issues, collaborates to gain input on potential solutionsRecommends system configurations and proposes business solutions where appropriateDevelops, coordinates, and implements plans to test processes during system/process development including quality assurance testingProvides customer service to all stakeholders regarding system and reportingEvaluates upcoming releases and recommends installation of beneficial SIS upgradesCommunicates the current status of releases, major projects, and ongoing CampusNexus activities to relevant stakeholdersCoordinates application of hotfixes, patches, and version upgradesCoordinates a regular training calendar to keep users will informed on the proper use of CampusNexusPerforms ad-hoc system training as neededResolves system support requestsSkills and ExperienceRequired:Minimum five years of experience in system administrator role relating to CampusNexus Student or equivalent experienceAbility to maintain composure under pressureGood interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and technical documentation skillsMust be self-motivated and self-directed with keen attention to detailDesired:Experience with MS SQLExperience with MS SSRS and Power BIBusiness Analyst experienceExecutive/Senior Management communication experienceIt is the Company’s policy that all U.S. employees provide their vaccination status.
