Position Overview: Field Support Manager **America’s Number 1 In-home Cleaning Service Merry MaidsCoordinates, monitors, and supervises the activities of the team ensuring individual team members goals are achieved in support of the assigned team goals. Interprets and communicates overall organizational directives and applies them to the team and individual objectives. Acting as liaison, represents the team in general interfacing with the organization. Provide input to management regarding individual team member performance. Train, develop and promote a positive environment to meet our clients needs with the best customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Performs ride-along with team members in customer homes and make follow-up callsHandles customer complaintsProvides issues resolution to ensures quality control, satisfaction and retentionDelegates associates daily task/activitiesConducts orientation and training for new hiresAssist in recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring new team members and office staffSupervises and performs weekly payroll submissionInvestigates workplace safety incidents to ensure safety in the branch and within operationsEducation and Experience Requirements2 years experience customer service1 year supervisor experience preferredPrevious management experience with a staff of (7) or more preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPractical knowledge of customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front line associatesExcellent time management skillsConflict resolution skillsComputer literateInterpersonal skillsAbility to meet new people and interact in unfamiliar situationsExcellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring and developing a sales team, executing goalsMotivating team members with support, knowledge and team relationship to promote a positive atmosphereDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
