Job Responsibilities Undertake all actions to determine that the Duncan site follows ISO 9001 and all relevant product standards and legislation. Be an advocate of quality thinking Take leadership in ensuring that all products, processes, methods and equipment are validated Be a cross functional lead in making certain that all concerned parties understand tests and procedures, and are carried out and evaluated as such, and all product modifications are investigated Take the lead in coordinating investigations and appropriate corrective/ preventive actions related to external complaints and internal deviations Drive, plan, coordinate and lead all aspects of customer visits/audits Be a champion in ascertaining that all customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations Provide leadership and technical expertise in the development of strategies, programs, and training within EHS, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards; building improvements in safety and reduces/eliminates EHS related business risks Align quality systems, procedures and standards with corporate and business unit guidelines Develop the quality goals and targets in the organization’s strategic plan Be the quality cornerstone for the transfer of New Product Introduction to manufacturing and Quality Control plans Determine Quality budget and budget control Participate and report to the Local Management Team; Develop needed talent; Give direction to the team, allocate tasks and follow-up; Define and evaluate objectives/performance Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in a scientific field, preferably in Lifesciences.
