If you’re obsessed with social media, geek out over content performance, and like digging into online conversations to uncover insights, then we want to talk to you.RESPONSIBILITIESCommunity management, including building relationships with the audience, addressing conflict or pain points when needed, and proactively searching for opportunities to surprise and delight community membersMine for and cultivate conversation from online communities across owned and outside channelsDevelop POVs on how to participate in conversations around trends and cultural moments that resonate with clients’ customers and communitiesProvide qualitative analysis around brand sentiment and community feedbackHelp develop and manage editorial calendarsIdentify trends and help create content in response when fitting with client goalsCollaborate in partnership with creative, media and channel planning teams to bring ideas to life in the digital spaceCompile content performance reports for client marketing managers and corporate communications to share with senior company leadersPublish stories via client communication channelsInterpret data dashboards and advise agency and client teams on any necessary actions teams should take in response to business opportunities or threatsQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of relevant social media and/or content writing experience, agency experience preferredProven experience managing a brand’s social channels and measuring successExcellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oralExceptional ability to multitask, prioritize and be adaptable to changeAbility to work autonomously and take the lead on projectsImpeccable attention to detailCreative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknownAt Barkley, the health and safety of our partners is our number one priority.As part of our pre-employment process, all offers of employment (including temporary and contractors) are contingent upon candidates providing proof of vaccination against Covid-19.
