We are seeking an experienced and highly dedicated individual to join Harness Power as Project Manager. This position has lots of opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Manage inspection techniciansPrepare permit packages and placards for inspectionsCoordinate with other Project ManagersTrack and analyze the pass/fail ratio of techniciansCommunicate with Customer Service Department to ensure customers are aware of post-install updatesTrack and coordinate with third party contractors to ensure lath and stucco are repaired after Main Panel Upgrades are completed in a timely mannerWorking with the monitoring department to ensure that customers monitoring is functioning properlyScheduling “tasks” for technicians to complete after inspectionsWorking with Quality Control to assist with reviewing any photos post installTracking panel layout changesAssisting with safety meeting topics and points of interest to ensure installations are meeting company standardsAssisting permitting teamCoordinating with the utility department when GMA/RMA is needed which require placards and photos to be provided prior to the normal timeline to be scheduled and orderedSkills and Requirements: Must have at least 2 year minimum of solar experienceWillingness to take leadership roles as well as follow directionAbility to understand and follow standard operating policies and proceduresEffective performance management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessaryAbility to work under pressureEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the positionStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAttention to detailTech savvyExperience working with Salesforce (preferred)Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting edge industryBilingual is a bonus but not requiredAbility to be the direct-acting supervisor when a customer wants to speak to management (or a liaison between the customer and upper management when needed)Apply Today!Harness Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
