About the Role: The Senior BRM possesses the business acumen and technical knowledge to manage the relationship(s) between Information Technology Services and its internal business partners. The Senior BRM identifies and understands current trends in the business and information technology industries to drive priorities across Information Technology Services under the direction of department leadership. The Senior BRM collaborates with the business partners to align the technology solutions with the business needs, supporting complex initiatives. You Will: Provide an advanced level of consulting support for complex business cases that affect multiple customer areas. Regularly requires coordination of multiple customer departments and IT functional areas. Provide guidance to the business partners on technology-related business problems and ensures timely resolution. Serve as coordinator for IT service requests requiring multiple Information Technology units for development and/or resolution. Review business strategy and plans to determine impact on current services provided, identify opportunities for new services and capabilities, and optimize the business value realized through leveraging Information Technology services and capabilities. Gather formal and informal feedback from customers regarding products and services supplied by technology providers. Formally recommend specific actionable items as a result of feedback received. Contribute to the demand management process and provides feedback for the prioritization of the Information Technology portfolio.
