STN’s partners include the NY Post, Chicago Tribune, MLB, Google, Variety, Bloomberg, AP, Rolling Stone, the NFL, NBA and many more.WHAT WE WILL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHERWe will continue to build upon the rapid growth that STN video has seen over the past 5 years.We will further strengthen STN’s industry-leading roster of publishing partners by providing a best in class video platform that delivers amazing technology, the best content in the industry, and substantial ad revenues;We’ll work strategically to help our partners develop and deliver industry-leading online video experiences;We will build STN video into the world’s online video platform.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou’ll develop and execute strategic business growth plans for Spanish language publishers in North America and Latin America (LATAM) expansion in;Publisher Development: You will Identify publishing partner opportunities and drive the process to move publishers along the sales funnel – all the way to implementation of the STN platform across their website(s) and ongoing account support.Content: You will proactively build strong relationships with content providers leading to the positive outcome of content acquisition and distribution rights.Brand and Sales Partnerships: You will implement strategies for monetizing online video inventory created through your success with the above. You will be responsible for working with revenue partners to monetize the STN Video Inventory.You’ll collaborate with our publisher development and operations teams to create, automate and improve processes that accelerate sales, partnerships, and new business growth;You will uncover and execute on growth opportunities in sales, distribution, and content acquisition;Partner with Marketing to generate demand and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics;You’ll travel to conferences, trade shows, and meetings to promote the STN video platform to the Spanish Language and LATAM focused digital publishing industry;You will keep abreast of the digital media industry trends and LATAM market conditions;You will actively recruit, build, manage, and nurture a team to support the expansion efforts into LATAMWHAT YOU BRING ALONGYou’ll have a great curiosity to deepen your knowledge of STN Video and the digital video publishing, content, and ad-tech industries we serve in North America and LATAM.
