Job Description Job Description The Manager of Vulnerability Management is a critical role within ServiceNow’s security organization. This role is accountable for vulnerability management activities across the company. An ideal candidate will have cross-functional leadership experience to effectively coordinate various workstreams impacting the vulnerability management program. The successful candidate is experienced in all aspects of the vulnerability management lifecycle, and skilled in managing and enabling technical teams to get the job done. This individual is an excellent communicator and coach, motivated, proactive and prioritizes teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications Qualifications Has a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including vulnerability management for corporate and/or government networks Security assessment or consulting experience Track record managing complex vulnerability remediation events Deep knowledge of vulnerability management and security assessment tools (Tenable, Qualys, NeXpose, Metasploit, etc.) Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written skills Adept at communicating technical security findings across a broad spectrum of audiences, including executive leadership Managing and leading security teams Has a passion for coaching and developing teams Fundamental understanding of systems and network engineering Experience programming in Java, Python, Bash, C/C++, etc. Experience with Nessus Attack Scripting Language (NASL) and/or Nmap Scripting Engine (NSE) Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies a plus Additional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
