About the role – you will: Along with other colleagues, provide system administration for our BPM System (Signavio), including 4 modules: Process Management, Workflow, Journey Mapping and Process Intelligence Utilize the BPM System (Signavio) to create process flows and other attributes (RACI, SIPOC, etc) using BPM Notation. Apply analysis and simulation modeling Using the Signavio Process Intelligence module, conduct process mining investigations and recommendations Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and solutions Recognize barriers to improvement efforts and effectively work to remove them Lead cross-functional strategic business transformation and process improvement projects of business & technology processes Manage process improvement project plans and actions within agreed upon timelines Develop and deliver project status presentations and videos, including process models, supporting metrics, business requirements, improvement recommendations, etc. Advise the business in maintaining process mapping, identifying key metrics, and benchmarking Provide training and education to enable employees to continuously identify, reduce, and eliminate non-value added activity from processes and to have the tools and knowledge to do this effectively Develop, train, and mentor other Business Process Management team members on the Signavio system Effectively communicate and influence, cross-functionally, to achieve business objectives and target performance About you: Passion for Process Improvement Excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with various levels of management Self-motivated, continuous learner Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines Demonstrates the highest level of integrity Trustworthy, works well independently and as a team Your experience includes: Administering a BPM (Business Process Management) or other IT system Signavio Business Process Management tool or similar process management tool Leading process improvement projects in Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, etc) including the identification and implementation of improvements Using methods such as Lean or Six Sigma Business Process Management, Finance, or Internal Audit experience at the division or corporate level, including experience managing projects / teams Proven track record for effectively communicating across cross functional teams and with senior leadership including written, oral, and video Understanding where/how technology or new business process models address business challenges Ability to manage highly matrix and cross-functional teams to achieve target performance, on time and within budget Generate project charter, SIPOC, project schedule, current and future state process maps, identify and proposed solution plan, improvement road map, develop impact/effort matrix, and develop process metrics Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Google applications), and process mapping Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Colorado’s 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $75,500.00 – $110,000.00. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
