MINISO believes in exceptional customer service, adorable products and dedicates to bring customers “MINI price, BIG surprise” when shopping at MINISO. #lifeisforfunSupply Chain Manager Responsibilities: · Oversee and lead the supply chain department to operation excellence· Develop, lead and execute short and long-term purchasing, logistics & inventory strategies· Manage inventory levels across warehouse and store locations· Establishing and developing new standard operating procedures and safety policies with ongoing improvements and maintenance· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness· Source, develop and maintain close vendor and supplier relationships, growing our supplier portfolio· Forecast market trends to identify changes in industry· Replenishment purchasing duties, understanding inventory control· Lead, coach and mentor the supply chain team, foster strong inter-departmental communication practices· Mitigating risk and performing cost and scenario analysis, focusing on cost reduction· Reviewing buying patterns to meet inventory and market demandsQualifications: · Minimum 7-10 years Supply Chain, logistic, purchasing experience, preferably in food & retail industry· SAP experience is an asset· Proven ability with computers (ERP system, WHM system, Excel)· Minimum relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or LogisticSkills & Experience Required: · Self-driven and motivated· Strong leadership skills to mentor and development supply chain team· Exceptional interpersonal skill, collaborating with co-workers· Forward thinker and a self-starter· Able to lead and direct team with clear communication· Analytical and strategic· Ability to meet objectives· Innovative and creative with the ability to think outside the box#lifeisforfunJob Type: Full-timePay: $68,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Jersey City, NJ 07302: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Supply chain: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
