Job Description : Job descriptionSupply Chain Manager:Manage the physical transfer of finished goods from domestic to global customers including all modes of transportation and acquiring required documentation within a highly regulated industry.Manage the physical transfer of good from the purchase (raw materials) at marketing centers through processing at the factory to the end finished goods location of dry storage.Oversee the logistics and shipment of products from dry storage to end customers.Manage all negotiations and costs for freight, storages, raw material, and finished goods inventories.Evaluate cost savings initiatives involving freight and storages.Understand and manage all SAP transactions that involve the movements and storages of materials and finished goods.Generate SOPs that streamline the SAP and document flows to facilitate timely and accurate reporting and processing.Improve transparency and generate SOPs involving the storage of finished goods and their proper handling and inspecting.Oversee all warehousing and optimize warehouse functions.Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:International Freight: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
