We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Sustainability Performance Management Analyst on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reporting metrics, developing dashboards and visualizations, and driving the integration of sustainability KPIs to support decision-making and maximize our environmental performance and workforce health. What you’ll do: Focused on creating and servicing product demand. Understand, analyze, quantify and document current CS processes. Deliver information based on data analysis. Assess the impact of the key parameters which influence the processes and build simulation models based on those key drivers to take into account service, cost, and process/ system limitations. Develop and implement process and decision criteria recommendations based on results. Understand/utilize and change current applications and systems that impact order management and execution. Collaboration with relevant parties, define business specs for IT development. Understand/utilize and enhance/refine current formal and informal Policies & Procedures that impact the CS organization and execution. Drive continuous process improvement in analyses and reporting tools to achieve greater efficiency/visibility. Prepare project plans and execute/manage these plans accordingly. Build competency in this area, which will include a detailed understanding of the metric definitions, their contributing factors, and environmental circumstances that influence performance over time. Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement, sense stakeholder needs, and deliver reporting solutions and analysis to meet those needs. Develop and implement workflows and solutions to make data outputs and data connections more efficient and increase the granularity of data insights. Develop and implement clean and compelling dashboards and data visualizations with actionable insights for various audiences. Work cross-functionally to integrate sustainability KPIs into performance reviews for key partner teams (Transportation, Marketplace Operations, etc.). Identify opportunities and implement solutions to integrate sustainability and workforce insights into decision-making to support our 2025 Sustainability targets. The ideal candidate must have: 2 years directly relevant work experience Proven skills in implementing improvement projects. Strong command of the English language. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Computer skills: Tableau, MS Word, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hours & Location: M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Beaverton, OR location once it is deemed safe to do so.
