Responsibilities Be a Talent Advisor: partner with hiring teams to develop and drive effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies with an ability to run expectations and influence hiring decisions based on recruiting expertise and shared business goals. Demonstrate strong business discernment, bring to bear the business strategy to attract talent and ensure high review-to-interview ratios. Be a Networker: Build and maintain a network of candidates and prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; understand how to recruit passive candidates and engage for current and future opportunities. Be an Innovator: Recommend ideas and strategies for continuous improvement, chip in to the long-term goals and growth of the company and ensure high-quality hires; participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of standard methodologies in interviewing of tech talent. bring to bear internal mobility and growing diversity during the recruiting and hiring process. Be a Market Authority: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Polish and European tech talent market, work on market mapping and analysis together with the Data and Analytics team to enhance predictive recruiting; support hiring managers outside of Europe to understand the dynamics of the European talent market and recruiting practices; support development of short, mid and long-term strategies to overcome talent shortages. Be a Brand Ambassador: Work closely with internal partners including Talent Branding and TA Pathways team on campaigns and initiatives to increase diversity and brand awareness in the market. Qualifications 7+ years experience preferred Bachelor’s preferred Extensive Talent Acquisition recruiting experience across Product and IT in the IT, software, or digital sector is crucial. Experience in a full-lifecycle recruitment gained within a complex and fast paced corporate (ideally one of the Big Tech companies), RPO or agency environment. In-depth knowledge of the AMER tech talent market with focus on Poland and experience recruiting in a highly competitive market. ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and candidate management Able to work with little direct supervision, strong systems administration and analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and eagerness to succeed You will thrive in working with business leaders and should be comfortable taking insight to the business, and to challenge to status quo We offer Medical, TeleMedicine, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D insurance, 401K, Leave of absence & disability benefits, paid time off & holidays and more. In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $101K – $142K per year with 20% bonus target.
