The Nexient Talent Acquisition Team is searching for a Talent Attraction Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategies and tactics to engage top talent. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and partner across TA, People Operations and Marketing to drive solutions that will directly contribute to our business outcomes. You will “own the show” and drive the future of Talent Attraction for Nexient.
A day in the life: Increase our brand awareness and attract talent by creating a demand generation model Bring value and build trust with the passive and active candidate persona online Support and enhance outbound recruiting Position Nexient as thought leader/innovator in the software dev industry from the TECHNICAL, CULTURAL, and CAREER DEVELOPMENT angles Increase employee and candidate engagement online Create and write content that captures and showcases Nexient culture and values Build partnerships with school chapters/groups, tech organizations, media, etc.
What you bring:
5+ years of related work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for writing, design, and communication Skilled collaborator and listener Proactive and self-motivated mindset Results driven
