Role & Responsibilities We’re looking for an experienced go-to-market recruiter to grow our Sales and Marketing teams (and beyond) as we build our product and GTM strategy and expand our operations into the US. As our first recruiter on the people team, you will be a strategic partner in finding creative ways to attract talent, delivering a delightful candidate experience, implementing scalable processes, and, of course, growing our teams. Our ideal candidate is excited about being part of the foundational recruiting team and is fearless in pursuing great candidates. Serving as the first impression of our company, you are responsible for relaying a compelling picture of our company, vision, culture, role, and unique opportunity to prospective candidates. You’ll be proactive in building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of engaged candidates and successful in employing closing and negotiation strategies to make a candidate’s decision as easy as possible.
