The Talent Management and Development Partner will be responsible for the development and delivery of talent programs and systems for Munich Re America. Ensure that the workforce is developed and trained in order to create a qualified staff sufficient to achieve business objectives. Major Accountabilities The Talent Management and Development Partner will need to understand and incorporate business goals into training and development programs and curriculums; independently manage multiple development projects from implementation to delivery, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels. This role will work with all levels of the organization. Partner with HR Business Partners to assess skill and performance gaps and deliver solutions for all business units at MRAm.
