Job Description : | Urgent Team is looking for an experienced Team Supervisor/Front Desk Associate to join our center in Maumelle, AR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience performing Front Desk tasks (patient check-in, insurance verification, etc.) and some supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. The ability to work during all business hours, including evenings and rotating weekends, is required. The person in this position is responsible for consistent completion of all checklists, optimum utilization of resources, insurance of quality service and a superior patient experience. This role is in addition to normal Front Desk duties. Must be available to be on call, as needed. Twelve hour shifts and rotating weekends are required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Ensure daily completion of the pre-open checklistEnsure daily completion of the post-closing checklistEnsure compliance with all requirements applicable for your center auditResponsible for the maintenance of a clean and de-cluttered centerEnsure all signs are fully functional and operational with correct and timely messaging displayed, if applicableCheck work e-mail daily and inform center team members of company-wide initiatives, print off copies of Halftime report and return any feedback from team members. Responsible for inventory and ordering of office and medical suppliesResponsible for inventory and ordering of durable medical equipmentResponsible for inventory and ordering of vaccinesEnsure appropriate scheduling for assigned centerEnsure compliance with all daily temperature logsEnsure compliance with X-Ray guidelinesResponsible for OccHealth sales and grassroots marketing of your center with support from the home office and management EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year experience in a clinical setting performing Front Desk tasksSupervisory/Team Lead experience is required #UTDirIJ |
