If so, then we want to talk to you!Advanced Wound Institute is looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager in Gilbert/Mesa, with opportunities to cover additional territories in the North West Valley in the future as well.The Territory Sales Manager is a results-driven sales & marketing representative who actively seeks out and engages with potential referring physicians and the community. Provides complete and appropriate solutions for every office in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. Is a go-getter and consistently meets or exceeds monthly goals.This position is full time, offers car allowance, company credit card, full benefits and more.We offer a base salary plus generous commission bonuses.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Develops sales strategies for your territory, including direct marketing to clients, client and account management, community informational events and conferences, etc.Develops a realistic monthly and annual marketing plan. Must forecast your territory’s monthly and yearly sales numbers, as well as be able to modify your forecasts based on new market conditions as they arise.Establishes and executes an effective outside sales program specific to your territory’s needs.Works in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow associates.Performs any reasonable request as assigned or directed.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel required 90% of the time within your territory.May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the territory.Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and exceed sales goals and expectations.Ability to maintain excellent relationships with physicians and staff.Always maintains confidentiality.Ability to participate in, and at times lead departmental team meetings.Any other duties relating to the business operation.QUALIFICATIONS: Sales and Marketing, Verbal and Written Communication, Strong Drive for Success, Creating a Safe and Effective Environment, Organization, Professionalism, Customer and Client Focus, Confidentiality, Compassion, TeamworkPrevious healthcare sales experience REQUIRED.High School Diploma or higher education preferred.Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenProven healthcare experience, demonstrating proven creative thinking and results driven leadership skillsHigh work ethic and self-initiativeStrong computer skills in Microsoft SuiteOther Requirements: Able to work well under pressure.Ability to communicate well with people in personal contacts and on the phone.Can be trusted with confidential information.Must have a neat and friendly appearance.Ability to communicate and get along with co-workers.Able to work independently from remote location.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Medical sales: 1 year (Required)Work Location: On the road
