Job Description : | SUMMARY: The TPO Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation, execution, and cultivation of all marketing efforts in connection with the company’s third-party origination (“TPO”) channel with the objective of increasing brand awareness and stimulating maximum lead volumes. Working closely with senior leadership, this role drives the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing philosophy that directly contributes to the channel’s long and short-term goals. The TPO Marketing Manager be an innovative and organized professional with broad experience in establishing, nurturing, and expanding marketing strategies, preferably a related TPO environment.TASKS: Accountable for the day-to-day marketing efforts of the TPO channel.Manage marketing efforts in connection with the TPO website.Manage resources to ensure the TPO Marketing departments day to day operations run smoothly.Develop and retain a high performing team with a culture that fosters innovation and is results driven.Publish monthly newsletters to corporate database, specific drip campaigns for leads, past clients, and Realtors.Understand marketing roles, workflows, and structure to prioritize and organize marketing project requests.Supporting sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses and new mortgage product information.Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs/ campaigns and recommend changes as neededManage annual trade show calendar, staff attendance, and recommend involvement based on lead generation valueCurate content, and engage with followers on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Provide B2C marketing consulting for Account Executives to help build their personal brand, automate their email marketing efforts, and optimize digital presence on social media etc.Assist with preparation of, and participate in, presentations to various referral networksProvide analytics for campaign forecasting and performance reportingDemonstrate accountability for achieving campaign and business goals – identify root cause of any variances monthly and succinctly communicate recommendations to optimize.QUALIFICATIONS: A Degree in Marketing is Preferred.
