|Job Description :||Who you areThis role requires advertising agency experience with broadcast trafficking working daily in the television commercial distribution and clearance space. This Pirate will drive projects forward autonomously while maintaining strong relationships with our account, media, production, and BA teams.What You’ll Do:Submit scripts, rough cuts, and final creative for network clearance review.Generate Ad-ID and ISCI codes for television and social deliverables.Liaise between broadcast networks, media agencies and partners, and TBWA production team to ensure acknowledgement and understanding of station requirements and delivery specs.Communicate effectively with management, creative and media teams to ensure that work flows efficiently to meet all client deadlines.Generate and distribute traffic instructions to broadcast TV national networks, local stations, terrestrial and digital radio.Create, oversee, and reconcile traffic and storage estimates for multiple brands and work with finance department to ensure timeliness of billing.Create purchase orders for external vendors for network clearance, closed captioning, watermark encoding, spot delivery, and submit invoices for payment.Responsible for receiving the video and audio file elements (masters, generics, mixes and splits) from the producers, assigning ISCI codes and overseeing their storage after the project wraps.Manage element storage facility needs: receive approved inventory list from Post Production Co and confirmation of shipping to out of state storage facility.Provide talent usage and as run reports for processing and payment.Requirements:2-3 years of experience in Agency broadcast traffic.Strong understanding of data asset management and post-production finishing a plus.Working knowledge of DDS/Donovan, MediaVu, Ad-ID systems preferred.MUST have an eye for detail.
