Supervisors assist the managers in attaining overall department and business goals. They lead by example and assist the manager and department by effectively planning and organizing work flow; promoting teamwork, training, problem solving and decision making.Tasks include planning/creating/organizing training materials and classes; training associates; assigning and directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems.Assist the Supervisors, Managers, and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirementsAssist the Supervisors, Managers, and other Staff to ensure compliance with all onboarding and training.Set up all training materialsSupport all training classesWrite and document SOP’s for training and all processes within the buildingManage training and onboarding cross functional matrixEnsure site training compliance as it relates to Dangerous Goods and other safety needs.Assure the safety and security of associates and inventoryCoordinate with other departments on processes and proceduresMonitor and gather data on associate production standards and partner site leadership team to ensure SOP’s are followedOther tasks deemed necessary to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.Focus on Continuous Improvement and work direct with Continuous Improvement teams to support site operating model’s documentation and development.Strong written and communicate skillsStrong computer and systems skills, focused on Word, Excel, Power Point, Survey creations, Access and SmartSheetAbility to put together training documentation, create surveys, and compile dataFill in when for other Operational Supervisors when neededSafety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement DrivenHours: Monday – Friday8am-4:30pm.
