As a Treasury Management Administrator at Nusenda Credit Union, you will support the Treasury Management Officer with business members to establish needs, products, and services, and the implementation of those processes. Every day, you will support client proposal development, including Treasury solutions, cost-benefit analysis, pricing, and profitability models. You’ll be responsible for reviewing business legal documents to determine signing authority and proper documentation for legal risk mitigation. You’ll maintain and enhance the new treasury management business. You’ll act as a liaison between our business members, internal departments, and strategic partners.To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related financial institution and member-service experience. This position is one part administrative and one part financial analysis. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring problem-solving, negotiation, and attention to detail.Here are some key skills and experience that will help you be successful in the first six months:Strong knowledge of Treasury Management services and products, regulations, back-office operation functions, business financial products, policies, and procedures.Working knowledge of the NACHA rules and regulations.Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in-person, email, etc.Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.We are committed to the safety of our employees and our members during the current pandemic.
