Job Description : Job Title: Site Supervisor Salary range: $18-$24 per hourNon-ExemptReports To: DOSummary: The Site Supervisor will lead efforts to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, specific to their site. They will support the efforts of and work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to support the strategic objectives of the organization.Responsibilities:Practice Management & Staff Development1. Participates in administrative business operations meetings as scheduled2. Monitor Visit tracking, tasks, prescription requests/errors, provider flow, no shows, COVID results reporting to the state3. Facilitate written communication for patient warnings and termination4. Create and maintain provider, back office, and front office staffing coverage schedule5. Communicate any policies/procedures/changes with staffHuman ResourcesArrange for site orientation and training of new employeesHelp evaluate candidates by interviewing in combination with Human ResourcesPrepare and execute employee performance evaluations (60 day, annual bonus evaluations) and Performance Improvement Plans as appropriateReview employee timecards and requests for paid time off, manage attendance trackingServe as main point of contact between corporate office and siteMonitors employee morale and promotes a positive and respectful workplaceExhibit leadership and buy-in to mission and values.Technology/Facility1. Submit support tickets to EHR and other vendors2. Resolve or escalate general IT issues3. Responsible for escalating facility maintenance requestsCustomer Service1. Resolve or escalate patient complaints2. Customer service your locationFinancial1. Responsible for daily deposit/petty cash2. Ordering and monitoring office suppliesRequirements:This position is required in personSkill in writing and communicating effectivelySkill in time management, prioritization, problem solving, and multitasking.Ability to take initiative, make decisions, identify problems and delegate tasksAbility to set an example and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and the publicAbility to use discretion when escalating issues to the corporate levelAbility to work under pressure, communicate and present informationAbility to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and proceduresAbility to competently use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate practice management softwareEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Mental and Physical Requirements: Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.Other Requirements: Commuting to other locations within a 75 mile radius may be required.Conditions: The position requires the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, applicants, insurance companies, and other members of the public on a regular basis.
