Job Description : We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced training expert, with the ability to inspire and lead. The Vice President of Operations role is a core part of the overall business development through ongoing development and support of consultant partners to ensure revenue growth. This role will oversee and execute franchise training and operations, and collaborate with the marketing team on programs and brand alignment. Vice President Franchise Training Responsibilities: This role will train and mentor franchise consultants. Develop and implement educational programs for training. Support brand development in conjunction with the marketing team. Communicate and coach franchise consultants to ensure KPI optimization. Vice President Franchise Training Qualifications: Experience, ideally within a Franchise or B2B corporate role, with experience in building and leading teams. Background in training consultants and partners on systems, and developing training systems. Effective communicator, with strong business acumen.
