||Vaco is hiring for a Vice President of Sales for a growing and thriving Events organization. We are looking for someone who can sit in Atlanta, GA (Relocation package offered)
***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN HOSPITALITY (I.E. EVENTS, CEREMONIES, WEDDINGS, FESTIVALS, CATERING ETC)***
Supervision Received From: President/Chief Executive Officer
Supervision Exercised Over: Sales Management and Sales Representatives
BASIC FUNCTION: Lead, implement, track, and evaluate all sales activities. Mentor, coach, and train sales team members. Increase the organization’s profitability. Lead as an EventWorks ambassador to the communities we serve and our employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.Enhance our sales strategy in line with the organizations strategic initiatives and goals to promote EventWorks, bring consistency to the organization both internally and externally, and grow awareness of EventWorks capabilities and value within all of our markets.
2.Establish and nurture relationships in our client communities that build awareness of the EventWorks value that leads to improved revenue growth within existing clients, developing new clients, and client retention.
3.Establish, monitor, and evaluate business metrics for sales practices and campaigns that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
4.Support and participate in EventWorks marketing initiatives to increase sales, as well as strengthen the EventWorks brand in the industry and southeastern markets.
5.Coordinate, support, and monitor all sales activities including KPI’s, best practices, client business reviews, quote follow up, etc.
6.Support the organizations strategic planning process by developing strategies, goals, and objectives to strengthen EventWorks brand, and maximize sales
7.Manage sales business intelligence and ensure systems are being used to gather historical data. Maximize utilization of the data obtained.
8.Manage annual budgets.
9.Help track and monitor client feedback for new product trends, business weaknesses, client satisfaction, new service offerings, and client retention improvements.
10.Manage vendor partnerships and third party relationships.
11.Ensure standards of showroom merchandising and best practices are being met.
12.Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure impactful and timely marketing plans are being integrated effectively with the sales organization.
13.Other duties as prescribed by the President/Chief Executive Officer.
