We will interview and hire on the spot for the following positions with the respective rate of pay: Conversion Operator: $19.00 / hour, after 90 days $20.30 and some positions after 90 days can go up to $21.50 Paper Mill Machine Operator: $19.00 / hour, some positions based on experience and mechanical aptitude will start at $19.00 and after 90 days, $24.00 an hour.
