Job Description : | Applied Research Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workflow Management Analyst professional to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the Washington, D.C. area. The candidate demonstrates mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior Government personnel and supports outreach. The candidate also manages and coordinates workflow operations, security management support, and process improvement across the office. This position requires a candidate with experience performing a variety of administrative functions including: Strong written and verbal communications skills Excellent time management skills Workflow coordination activities across the office Metrics development and capture for business intelligence analysis Developing annual reports of classified documents generated Tracking visit requests and security efforts Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree with 10 years of experience US citizen with a TS/SCI clearance Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint Proficiency with using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and the Defense Travel System Hands on experience with knowledge management principles Desired Qualifications: MS or higher degree This position is contingent upon award of a contract expected in early 2022 supporting the Department of Defense.
