March 28, 2022 (MLN): Telecard’s subsidiary Supernet Limited (SNL) has received clearance from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for book-making dates for its proposed listing, the company’s filing revealed today .
Accordingly, the dates for the creation of the books have been set for Tuesday, April 12, 2022 and Wednesday, April 13, 2022, the report said.
Last month, PSX approved SNL’s listing application. The company will offer a maximum of 18,343,195 ordinary shares to the public.
Topline Securities Limited has been appointed to act as Lead Manager & Book Runner to represent SNL for a listing of the SNL share on PSX together with the OFS for the Company and to perform all the services of Lead Manager & Book Runner, including obtaining approvals from PSX and the SECP.
