The Credit Manager manages the commercial loan underwriting team. Analyzes commercial and personal credit information from borrowers and guarantors to determine risk involved in lending money to new and existing small business and commercial real estate clients. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Supports the Chief Credit Officer in the preparation of monthly credit reports, data review and board reports. Helps identify emerging weaknesses in the loan portfolio through the preparation and/or review of problem loan reports, covenant compliance reports, and annual CRE reviews. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in business or related field preferred. Minimum 5 to 7 years Commercial Real Estate & Business loan underwriting experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory experience. Candidate local to Roseville or Santa Rosa, CA only please. AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
